"Pimlico......a hidden gem"​

This property was bought in auction, or in fact after the auction as the highest bidder got cold feet and declined to sign the contract. Our links with the auctioneer meant we were the first to get a call on the hidden gem in Pimlico.

The property was vacant for a period of years and required a full make over. We decided to make the property more efficient my adding significant insulation and removing the gas. The property is now serviced by electric efficient heating and hot water and the electric supplier sources its energy from renewable forms. 

​

Following a full program of refurbishment and redesign, the property was brought back to life and was so nice, we decided not to sell it and its now rented and forms part of our rental portfolio. 

​

Our highlights in this property were the bespoke floor, exposed brick and handless kitchen.
