Stoke Newington, N16
"Whats not to like...."
A truly beautiful example of Victorian architecture.
This property was acquired from a housing association following years of the property being used a house in multiple occupation. The property had become surplus to the Housing associations requirements, and required significant refurbishment. The property was derelict having been disused for a period of years with the garden overgrown and inaccessible.
Following a full program of refurbishment and redesign, the property was brought back to life and was sought after when listed on the market. The buyer saying "whats not to like...."
Our highlights in this property were the herringbone floor, exposed brick and Oak blue kitchen.
