This property was acquired from a housing association following years of the property being used a house in multiple occupation. The property had become surplus to the Housing associations requirements, and required significant refurbishment. The property was derelict having been disused for a period of years with the garden overgrown and inaccessible.

Following a full program of refurbishment and redesign, the property was brought back to life and was sought after when listed on the market. The buyer saying "whats not to like...."
