We acquired this disused car park located very close to Eastcote Station. 

With a significant pipeline of apartments in the area, mostly comprising of 1 and 2 beds, there is a strong demand for family sized accommodation. 

These houses are designed with young families in mind and are focussed on providing eco friendly, sustainable and affordable housing to the local residents. 

The development will consist of 4 house, which will all have private parking, front and rear gardens as well as communal garden space.
